metallic

The metallic structure is replacing concrete foundations around the world. While in Brazil it only accounts for 15% of the building sector, the United States uses 50% of the multi-storey commercial steel constructions; in England, this percentage reaches 70%. Structures are lighter and can reduce the cost of foundations by up to 30%.

The build time also reduces between 10% and 20%. It often does not produce debris, and if produced, it is recycled; proving the use of metallic structure as a highly sustainable alternative. Our structure uses galvanized light steel (Light Steel Frame).
