The modular construction is a set of several modules that make up a ready-made house. These modules are produced in the factory, contributing to greater quality control and a perfect finish in every way. Its structure guarantees flexibility and modularity. A group of modules of different sizes allow the customer to choose their house according to their needs, budget, functionality and design.  
    The production process consists of manufacturing a steel structure that, after surface treatment, receives the electrical and hydro-sanitary installations and, subsequently, the finishes: thermal and acoustic insulation, internal and external wall coverings, floors, roof and ceiling, in addition to the frames and lamps.
