MODULAR

"Modular building" is a term used to describe a type of factory-produced, pre-formatted building that is delivered on site and assembled there as separate components. Modular units form rooms, parts of rooms or separate units such as toilets and elevators. The collection of modular units in turn form the structure of the house/building.
